Hello Kitty Island Adventure Tea Garden DLC Announced – Everything We Know So Far

When I thought City Town had already spoiled us enough this year, Sunblink surprised everyone by revealing another DLCTea Garden!

Tea Garden is scheduled to release on August 6, 2026, and will be available on Nintendo Switch, Steam, PlayStation 5, and included with Apple Arcade. It will cost $9.99 USD on platforms outside Apple Arcade. While Sunblink hasn't confirmed how large the DLC will be, the lower price point makes me think it'll be a smaller themed expansion, similar to Wheatflour Wonderland, rather than a massive expansion like City Town. Honestly, I'm perfectly happy with that—I had so much fun exploring Wheatflour Wonderland, and if Tea Garden is packed with beautiful outfits, decorations, and cozy quests, I know I'm going to love it.

My First Thoughts

I honestly wasn't expecting another DLC so soon!

I've absolutely loved both Wheatflour Wonderland and City Town, so seeing this announcement completely caught me by surprise—in the best way possible.

Unfortunately, I missed Sunblink's live reveal event on the official Hello Kitty Island Adventure Discord. I only found out afterward through other creators covering the announcement, including Nikki Island Adventure on YouTube.

From everything we've seen so far, Tea Garden looks like a smaller expansion similar to Wheatflour Wonderland, but that doesn't make it any less exciting. Sometimes these smaller themed areas end up becoming some of my favorite parts of the game.

An Elegant Tea Party Adventure

From the very first artwork, Tea Garden looks like it's leaning into a beautiful blend of elegant tea parties, blooming gardens, and cozy countryside charm. As someone who loves Bridgerton, afternoon tea, garden parties, and spending time in nature, this DLC honestly feels like it was made for me.

One of my absolute favorite outfits in Hello Kitty Island Adventure is My Sweet Piano's Posh Day Dress from the "My Posh Portrayal" quest. It's elegant, charming, and exactly the kind of style I love. Looking at Tea Garden's promotional artwork, I'm hoping we'll get even more clothing and furniture inspired by that same aesthetic. If the new items include fancy dresses, floral decorations, delicate tea sets, and lush gardens, I'll probably spend far too much time decorating—and I won't be complaining!

What We Know So Far

According to Sunblink, Tea Garden will include:

  • 🌸 A brand-new Tea Garden area
  • 👗 15 clothing pieces with over 300 variants
  • 🍰 Two new food stations with 38 recipes
  • 🪑 Over 50 decorative furniture items with many customization options
  • 📖 A new story quest centered around mystery, intrigue, and tea parties

The DLC appears to focus heavily on customization and cozy decorating, which is exactly the type of content I enjoy most.

I'll Be Covering Everything

As soon as Tea Garden launches, I'll be updating the blog with guides, collectibles, recipes, clothing, furniture, quests, and anything else I discover while exploring.

I can't wait to see what surprises Sunblink has hidden for us—and honestly, August 6 suddenly feels very far away.
